Payment
Cash and card both accepted. Invoicing available for business customers. For longer trips, payment is made at the start of the trip.

Without a pre-agreed fixed price, the trip is charged by taximeter: base fare €8.00, €1.60/km and €1.00/min, waiting fee €60/h. Example trip 10 km, 15 min duration = €39.00.

02 How can I pay?
Cash and card both work. For business customers, invoicing is available — please request this when booking. For longer trips (e.g. Lapland or Helsinki-Vantaa), payment is made at the start of the trip.
03 Can I book in advance from abroad?
Yes — WhatsApp and email work internationally. Send your flight number, arrival date and time, and pickup location. I'll confirm pickup details and price within 24 hours, usually sooner.
04 What if my flight is delayed?
I track your flight using your flight number, so the pickup time adjusts automatically. I arrive when you land. Please send your flight number when booking — this is essential for arrival pickups.
05 How early should I book for an early morning flight?
Book at least one day in advance, ideally two to three days for early morning flights from Tampere-Pirkkala (e.g. 06:00 departures). Lapland trips and Helsinki-Vantaa transfers benefit from a few days' notice for routing efficiency.
